Relafen
Common Uses:
Relafen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to
relieve the symptoms of arthritis.
Directions:
Follow the directions for using Relafen provided by your Pharmacist,
Physician or Primary Care Provider. Relafen may be taken with food
or antacids if stomach upset occurs. Store Relafen at room temperature,
away from heat and light. If you miss a dose of Relafen, take it
as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip
the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do
not take 2 doses at once.
Side Effects:
Side effects that may occur while taking Relafen include diarrhea
or constipation, stomach upset, mild to moderate abdominal pain,
nausea, gas, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, or trouble sleeping.
If they continue or are bothersome, check with your Pharmacist, Physician or Primary Care Provider. Check
with your Pharmacist, Physician or Primary Care Provider as soon as possible if you experience swelling
of face, hands, or ankles; ringing in ears; generalized itching
or rash; vomiting or severe abdominal pain; sore throat or fever;
or unusual bleeding or bruising. If you notice any effects, consult
your Pharmacist, Physician or Primary Care Provider.
